Scope

ServiceAI Flow provides consulting, workflow audit, and implementation support for AI-assisted service operations. Website content is for general information and does not create a consulting agreement by itself.

Inquiries and bookings

Submitting a form or booking a call starts a conversation. Any paid work, audit, pilot, or implementation project requires a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities, access, and fees.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate process information, approved tool access, relevant sample materials, and internal review decisions where required.

Workflow outputs

AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed according to the agreed workflow rules. Client-facing, financial, legal, or high-value decisions should remain under human approval unless a different written process is agreed.

No guaranteed outcome

ServiceAI Flow designs workflows to improve operational consistency and reduce repetitive work, but specific results depend on process quality, tool access, team adoption, and data readiness.
